The tale of a cowperson

Cowboy and cowgirl, riding high (on their horse, or their life).

Practice makes perfect, they say. And they are right.

The world can be cruel to those that fall and fail.

Yet, the failures of the fallers and failers are ripe with opportunity.

Sometimes lessons are buried deep.

Sometimes lessons are right there, but we don’t like them.

Sometimes we’re stubborn.

Sometimes, no oftentimes, we miss the lesson.

We move on. Disgruntled. Uninspired. And following the world.

The world isn’t always our friend.

We ascribe to its ideas, its new things, its hope for the future.

But deep down, we all know that those new things aren’t often great things.

The cowpeople can, and need, to choose themselves.

But not a selfish choice. An empowered choice.

The (smart) cowgirls that choose confidence, excel.

Stumble too. But gradually find the right path.

The (engaged) cowboys that seek to learn and change, achieve.

The people can, and should, support one another.

The world then goes on to change. And change for the better. And draw good people out.

Who produce confidence. And hope.

Yes, hope.
